Campus ERP, school websites and inventory software.
Five products we wrote ourselves, licensed and configured for you rather than rebuilt from zero — so an ERP rollout is measured in weeks rather than quarters. The panels below sketch the interfaces each one ships with.
Campus ERP
The office, the staff room and the parent's phone on one system.
Admissions through to report cards, with fees and attendance in between. Built multi-tenant, so a chain of branches runs on one install with its own branding per campus, and the head office can still see across all of them.
Inventory management
Know what you have, what it cost, and what is about to run out.
Stock in and out, purchase orders, suppliers and GST invoices, with low-stock alerts so you reorder before a customer asks. Works for one shop or several stores on one login.
Satvik Academy LMS
Our own coaching platform. We run our institute on it.
Courses, batches, live classes, quizzes, assignments and certificates, with separate portals for students, parents and teachers, and online fee collection. This one is not a demo — it is in daily use, which is why we are comfortable selling it.
School website + CMS
A site the school office runs itself, in English and Hindi.
The public site parents actually use - admissions, fees, notices, results, gallery and a calendar - with a small admin panel behind it so the office publishes a notice or an album in minutes without calling anybody. Fully bilingual: English is required, Hindi is optional and falls back per field, so a notice can go up in English today and be translated tomorrow.
Product catalogue + CMS
A page for every product you sell, and an office that can keep it correct.
For any business whose customers ask "do you have this, and in what size" more than they ask anything else. Every product gets its own page, pre-rendered to real HTML so a link pasted into WhatsApp shows the product properly. The office adds a product, a price or a whole category without touching code - and the fields only a verified buyer should see are held apart from the public catalogue rather than hidden behind a flag somebody could flip.
Then we build it.
If the process lives in a register or a spreadsheet today, it can live online tomorrow. Three we have been asked for:
Admission counselling CRM
Every walk-in and phone enquiry logged, assigned to a counsellor, and followed up until it closes.
Transport route tracking
Routes, stops, drivers and which child boards where — with a pickup message to the parent.
Hostel mess billing
Daily headcount to a monthly mess bill per student, reconciled against the hostel register.
How going live actually goes.
Nobody switches a school over in a weekend. This is what the transition looks like.
Data migration
Students, staff, fees and stock brought over from your Excel sheets and checked against the registers.
Staff training
Online sessions for the people who will use it daily, recorded if you want them, plus a short guide for the desk.
A parallel run
One full cycle on both the register and the system, so nobody has to trust it blind.
Go-live
We are on call through the first fee cycle or exam, which is when questions actually come up.
See it with your own data in it.
A demo runs about thirty minutes on a screen share. Bring last month's fee register or stock list and we will show you what it looks like inside.
