Most school software is either a desktop program on one computer in the accounts room, or a foreign product priced per student in dollars. Neither fits an Indian institute. The first cannot show a parent anything; the second charges you for modules built for a school system you do not have.
Campus ERP is built for how institutes here actually run. Fees are collected in the cycles parents actually pay in — monthly and quarterly, not one annual invoice. Attendance is marked in a way that survives a class teacher with thirty-eight students and no time. Report cards come out in the formats your board expects. And the office, the staff room and the parent’s phone all read the same data, so nobody is reconciling two registers.

One install, many branches
It is multi-tenant by design. A chain of ten branches runs on one installation, each with its own branding, its own staff and its own fee structure — while the head office can see across all of them and bill centrally. Adding the eleventh branch is a configuration change, not a second deployment and a second bill.

Going live without a bad month
Nobody switches a school over in a weekend, and anyone who tells you otherwise has not done it. We migrate students, staff, fees and stock from the Excel sheets you keep today and check them against your registers. Then we run one full cycle on both the register and the system in parallel, so nobody has to trust it blind. We schedule the cutover around your admission or exam calendar, not ours, and we are on call through the first fee cycle — which is when the real questions arrive.

What is campus ERP software?
It is one system covering the administrative work of an institute — admissions, student records, fees, attendance, timetables, examinations, report cards, HR and parent communication — instead of a separate register or spreadsheet for each. The point is that the office, the staff room and the parent all see the same numbers.
Can it handle several branches on one system?
Yes, that is what it was built for. Each branch keeps its own branding, staff and fee structure, and the head office can report across all of them. Billing can be consolidated, so a chain of ten branches receives one invoice rather than ten.
Can we move our existing data in?
Yes. Students, staff, fees and stock come across from Excel or Tally and are checked against your registers before go-live. Data migration is part of the rollout, not an extra you discover later.
Is there a parent app?
Yes, Android first, because that is what parents in this market are carrying. It runs on the same data as the website and the office system, so a fee paid in the office shows on the parent’s phone without anyone re-entering it.
