We built our own software first.
Satvik Solutions started with a problem we had ourselves. We were running a tech coaching institute on registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, and it did not scale. So we built the platform we needed — courses, batches, attendance, fees, quizzes, certificates, and portals for students and parents.
That platform is Satvik Academy, and it is still in daily use. Other institutes saw it and asked for the same thing. Campus ERP came out of those conversations, and inventory management came from the businesses next door who had the same problem with stock that schools had with fees.
So everything we sell, we run ourselves. That is the whole pitch, and it is why we are comfortable giving you our phone number.

We work remotely for almost every project: a call to understand what you run, a written scope, and a link you can open every week to see it taking shape. There is one office in Bijnor and no walk-in counter, so if you would rather meet in person we will arrange it rather than expect you to come to us.
