A website design and software development company in Uttar Pradesh.
Every line below is scoped, quoted in writing and delivered against a date. Where a timeline says two weeks, that is the number in the contract.
What a website design and software development company should actually do.
Most of what is sold as website design in India is a template with your logo dropped into it, handed over as a zip file. It looks finished on the day and quietly stops being true: the notices are six months old, nobody at the office has the login, and the person who built it has changed his number. We work the other way round. We build it, we host it, and we are still the number you call in exam week.
The software development half matters because most institutes and businesses do not need a brochure. They need the thing the office actually runs on — admissions, fees and attendance for a school, batches and results for a coaching centre, stock and GST invoices for a shop. We write that software ourselves rather than reselling somebody else's: the campus ERP and the learning platform are both running in production today, and you can open them before you decide. That is also why one team can build your website and the system behind it, instead of subcontracting whichever half it is weaker at.
We are based in Bijnor, with one office and a registered address, and we work in Hindi or English. Almost everything runs remotely — a call to understand what you run, a written scope, and a demo link you can open every week — which is why where you are matters much less than it used to. Clients across Uttar Pradesh and further afield are served the same way. If you are close by and would rather meet in person first, that is easy to arrange; it is simply not a requirement.
Websites for schools, colleges and coaching centres
A site parents can actually use, on the phone they actually have.
Most institute websites are a brochure that nobody updates. We build one your office can run: admission enquiries land in an inbox, notices and results go up in minutes, and the whole thing works on a mid-range Android phone over patchy mobile data.

Business websites and landing pages
For shops, clinics, builders and consultants who need to be found and called.
A small business does not need twenty pages. It needs to come up when someone searches, say clearly what it does, and make the phone ring. We build that, wire up Google Business, and keep the page fast.

Custom software
If a process lives in a register or an Excel sheet, we can put it online.
We start from the register you already keep, not from a feature list. You get something your staff recognise on day one, with the reports the office actually asks for at month end.
- Timeline
- From 6 weeks
- Typical scope
- Scoped after a first call
- You own
- The code and the database
Mobile apps
Android first, because that is what your parents and staff are carrying.
A parent app for fees, attendance and notices; a staff app for marking attendance and sending messages. Built against the same system as your website, so there is one set of data, not two.
- Timeline
- From 8 weeks
- Typical scope
- Android; iOS on request
- You own
- The Play Store listing
Hosting, domain and email
Bought in your name, renewed on time, with SSL that does not lapse.
We register the domain in your institute's name, not ours, set up email on it, and keep the certificate renewed. If you ever want to move, everything is already yours to take.

SEO and Google Business
Show up when someone in your city searches for what you teach.
Local search is where enrolment enquiries start. We fix the technical basics, write the pages that answer real searches, and get your Google Business profile complete and reviewed.

Add-ons and maintenance.
Priced separately and stated plainly, so your AMC does not quietly become a blank cheque.
Annual maintenance
Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and small content changes, billed once a year.
Content updates
Notices, results, photos and staff changes. Send them on WhatsApp and we put them up.
Staff training
Online sessions for the office team, recorded if you want them, plus a short written guide they can keep at the desk.
Data migration
Students, staff, fees and stock brought over from Excel or Tally, checked against your registers.
Questions we get asked first.
Do we own the code and the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your institute's name from the start, and the code and database are handed over. We do not hold anything hostage to keep you on a contract.
We already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually yes - hosting, SSL and the domain on any platform, plus content updates if it is WordPress. We look first and tell you honestly whether the site is worth keeping. Full detail, including what we will not take on, is on the website maintenance page.
Do you work outside Bijnor?
Yes - almost all of it. Projects run remotely end to end: a call to understand what you run, a written scope, and a link you can open every week. We have built for institutes and businesses across Uttar Pradesh and beyond, and where you are makes very little difference. If you are nearby and would rather meet in person, that is easy to arrange.
How do payments work?
A part payment to start, the rest on go-live, against a written scope. Hosting and maintenance are billed annually and separately, so you always know which is which.
What happens after go-live?
An annual maintenance contract covers hosting, SSL, backups, small content changes and support. New features are quoted separately, so the AMC does not quietly become a blank cheque.
Not sure which one you need?
Say what is going wrong and we will tell you what fixes it — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet. Mon to Sat, 10am to 7pm.
