Business websites for shops, clinics and consultants

For the businesses that need to be found and called, not admired.

A small business does not need twenty pages and a video background. It needs to come up when somebody nearby searches for what it sells, say clearly what it does, and make it easy to call. Most of the money spent on small-business websites is spent on the parts that do none of those three things.

We build the parts that do. A page that loads in under a second on mobile data, says what you do in the first line, and puts a phone number where a thumb already is. Then we wire up your Google Business profile, because for a local business that listing sends more enquiries than the website does.

Being found is most of the job

A beautiful site nobody reaches is an expensive business card. So the technical basics come first: the page is fast, it is readable by search engines, it carries structured data that says what kind of business you are and where, and your Google Business profile is complete and pointing at it. That combination is what puts a small business in the map results, which is where local buying decisions are actually made.

What we build

One to six pages, usually. Enough to say what you sell, show that you are real, and make contact effortless.

  • Mobile-first layout, because that is where the traffic is
  • Click to call and WhatsApp
  • An enquiry form that reaches a real inbox
  • A product or service catalogue
  • A payment link, if you take advances
  • Google Business listing set up and connected
  • Google Maps, so people can actually find the shop

Who this is for

Shops, clinics, builders, coaching centres, distributors, consultants — businesses where a customer nearby is deciding between you and two others, and the deciding factor is who looks reachable. It is also the right size of project for a pharma distributor or a manufacturer who needs a public catalogue with a page per product and an office that can update it.

What it costs to keep

The domain is in your name and renewed annually. Hosting, SSL, backups and small content changes sit in an annual maintenance contract, priced and stated separately so it never quietly becomes a blank cheque. If you want to leave, everything is already yours.

Questions we get asked first.

How long does a small business website take?

One to two weeks for a one-to-six page site, assuming we have your content — logo, photographs, and a rough idea of what each page should say. The slow part is almost never the building; it is waiting for text and photographs.

Will my website show up on Google?

It will be built so it can: fast, crawlable, with the right structured data and a sitemap submitted to Search Console. But being indexed and ranking are different things. For a local business the bigger lever is a complete Google Business profile with genuine reviews, and we set that up as part of the work.

How soon will my shop come up on Google?

The site itself is indexed within days. Coming up for “near me” searches takes longer and depends more on your Google Business Profile than on the website — so we set that up too, with your hours, photos and service area, and point it at the right page. Anyone promising you page one in a fortnight is guessing.

Tell us what you need.

A twenty-minute call is usually enough to scope it and give you a number. Mon to Sat, 10am to 7pm.
