School website + CMS, in 13 screenshots.
The bilingual public site parents read and the CMS the school office edits it with - English and हिन्दी, built for a phone first.
Built, ready to deployCaptured from a demo build with the school's name, town and contact details replaced by placeholders. The figures shown are sample content.
01The home pageThe school's promise, the two buttons parents actually need - apply and book a visit - and the latest news, results and events alongside. 02About the schoolMission, history and leadership on one long page, so a parent reads the whole story rather than hunting through thin sub-pages. 03Academics, stage by stageFourteen years in five stages, each with its own teachers, rooms and way of working. Parents pick a stage and read only what applies to their child. 04AdmissionsHow to apply, who can apply and what it costs, in the order it happens - ending in an enquiry form that lands in the office's inbox. 05The fee table, publishedAdmission, tuition, annual and transport charges for every class in one table. Publishing fees openly saves the office the same phone call fifty times. 06News and eventsResults, notices, matches and functions, filterable by category. The office writes them in the CMS; nothing needs a developer. 07ContactAddress, phones, email and office hours first, then directions and a message form - the details a parent came for, before anything else. 08The same site in HindiOne button switches every word to Hindi, including the school's own news and notices. The fonts carry Devanagari properly, so headings never fall back to a system font. 09The office dashboardNew enquiries, news, events, staff and gallery counts, and a checklist of what still needs real content before the school publishes the site. 10Writing newsEach article in English and Hindi with a category and status. Drafts stay invisible until the office publishes them. 11Photo albumsAlbums for the Student Life page, each published when the office is ready. Every photograph needs a short description, so the site stays usable with a screen reader. 12The school calendarExams, holidays and functions in both languages. These drive the home page's upcoming strip and the calendar parents see. 13A built-in office guideA manual inside the CMS that explains every screen, every box, and exactly where each one appears on the public site.
13 screens is still not the same as using it.
A demo runs about thirty minutes on a screen share, with your own records in it if you bring them.
