01The public academy siteCourses, batches and enquiries come straight from the same database the admin console edits, so the website and the office never disagree. 02Course catalogueEvery track with its level, rating, mode - offline, online or hybrid - and how many batches are open, each linking to its own course page. 03Admin dashboardStudents, teachers, parents and batches at a glance, recent enrolments, and which batches are filling up. 04AnalyticsEnrolment by mode, attendance and exam performance, and the batches with the most learners - the numbers that decide the next batch. 05StudentsEvery learner with admission number, guardian phone and status, exportable to CSV. A new account gets a one-time password that is shown once. 06BatchesEach batch with its course, teacher, mode, seats filled and progress, and its classes, assignments, timetable and quizzes one click away. 07Quizzes per batchTeachers write timed quizzes for a batch, publish them, and see every attempt with its score - exportable for the record. 08Fees and paymentsFee plans per course, invoices per learner and online payment, so the office is not reconciling a notebook against a bank statement. 09CertificatesCompletion certificates with a grade and a unique number.
